There was a prompt earlier, on the old kink meme (post 199, I think) about Tien getting gender-bent and not enjoying it, repercussions, etc. I'd like to see that, someone get there gender flipped who is really, honest-to-god, 100% their proper gender normally... and now they aren't. Male or female, sfw or nsfw, whatever, pairing or gen, I wanna see how they deal with this.
